Sweet and Sour

Sweet and sour are the world’s flavors,
Made by the Great Big Chef who endeavors,
To mix and blend all these differences,
That make the earth’s beauties and essences.

Brown stocks, white sauces, cold drinks, hot dishes,
How the Cordon Bleu above makes such courses,
That fuse and jumble to produce strange savor,
Flambés the minds of those who find favor.

The feast of life begins, from us it starts,
By the sweet’s and sour’s, by our a la carte’s,
By hot’s and cold’s, this dish of luxury,
Is served with chance of perfect harmony.
