Zzz…

I love to sleep. Not because I’m lazy but because I’m tired. There’s nothing more rewarding for me than a good sleep after a hard day’s work. I love to sleep knowing that I did my best in every day that I live.

Sleep is the regular state of natural rest among living things. It is not a state of unconsciousness but it is merely a state of reduced voluntary muscle activity and awareness. In sleep, we experience things that do not happen when we are awake. There’s the change in the brain wave patterns, rapid-eye movement (REM) and many more. Breathing becomes deeper, the body temperature lowers, the heart rate stabalizes… you get the picture.

Sleep rejuvenates the mind and body if taken adequately. Most of us perform badly due to the lack of sleep.

The best of all, sleep is FREE! Anyone can have it. It’s a free “spa-like” treatment everyone gets!

Yawn…
